Dawid Ochodek

Licensed tax advisor (entry number 14518), a lawyer by profession. He has experience in VAT, PIT and tax proceedings. He has worked in law nad tax firms.

He was also an employee of the National Tax Information (KIS), where he conducted second-instance proceedings – handled appeals against binding tariff information (WIS) issued for goods, represented the Director of KIS before administrative courts, participated in legislative projects (including SLIM VAT 3), conducted in-house training and for the National Tax Administration. He also held the position of acting head of the First Binding Information Department, which handled appeals against WIS issued for comprehensive services and benefits.

He is also certified as an accountant and is an expert in the Legalis expert advisory service, where he provides advice on tax law, accounting and some administrative law issues.
