Eliasz Czajkowski

Eliasz is a PhD student at the Poznań University of Economics in the Department of Controlling, Financial Analysis and Valuation, and a court-appointed expert at the Regional Court in Poznań in the field of economic analysis. He specialises in business valuation, financial analysis, financial modelling and the valuation of financial assets. He gained his professional experience, amongst other roles, as a financial analyst, due diligence consultant, financial audit consultant, business advisory consultant and external contractor on projects involving valuations and financial analysis. He has participated in projects involving company valuations, financial analyses, opinions, expert reports, feasibility studies, business plans and information memoranda. As part of his work to date, he has prepared, amongst other things, valuations of private companies for transactional purposes, valuations of manufacturing entities as part of the restructuring of corporate groups, the financial sections of feasibility studies, and valuations of intangible assets, including trade marks. He holds the CIMA BA2 certification in management accounting and is a member of the International Association of Controllers (ICV).
