Ewa Flor

Chief Executive Officer, tax advisor

Licensed Tax Advisor – licence no. 10233, owner of Ewa Flor Tax Advisory Firm and Head of Tax at Value Finance. For more than 25 years, she has been supporting entrepreneurs, business owners and management boards in making informed and secure tax and business decisions.

Since 2005, she has run her own tax advisory firm. She specialises in comprehensive advisory services for entrepreneurs and companies, particularly in the areas of restructuring, business reorganisations, mergers and demergers, tax planning, succession planning and asset protection for business owners.

She advises clients both on day-to-day tax matters and on strategic decisions that may significantly affect the future of their businesses. She supports clients in ownership restructurings, transactions, investments, as well as in preparing companies for sale or acquisition. She conducts tax due diligence reviews and identifies tax risks prior to planned transactions.

She represents clients in tax proceedings, tax audits and disputes with tax authorities, including proceedings before administrative courts. As an advisor, she focuses not only on compliance with tax regulations, but above all on finding practical solutions that address the client’s actual business needs.

Since 2023, she has been responsible for the tax practice within the Value Finance Group, combining tax advisory expertise with a broader perspective on corporate finance, business development and financial security.

She is also developing an advisory practice focused on asset protection and wealth diversification for entrepreneurs, including capital protection solutions in Switzerland. She supports business owners in creating structures that separate business risks from private wealth and help prepare assets for a secure transfer to the next generation.

For more than eight years, she served as Director of the Tax and Accounting Department and subsequently as Director of the Tax Department at one of the largest banks operating in Poland. She was responsible for tax and accounting matters across a major financial institution and managed teams of highly qualified professionals.

Earlier in her career, she gained experience as a manager at leading international professional services firms – Ernst & Young (EY) and BDO.

Her combination of experience in international advisory firms, a major financial institution and her own business enables her to approach taxation not only from the perspective of regulations, but above all from the perspective of entrepreneurs, business owners and company management.

She is a court-appointed expert witness in taxation, a member of the Tax Council at the Lewiatan Confederation and a Board Member of the Małopolska Employers’ Association Lewiatan.

She graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, SGH Warsaw School of Economics and SWPS University in Warsaw.

She delivers professional training and university lectures, speaks at conferences and business events, and publishes expert commentary and articles on taxation, business management, succession planning and asset protection.

In her work with clients, she focuses on practical solutions and clear communication. She translates complex tax regulations into their real-life consequences for entrepreneurs, presenting available courses of action, the associated risks and their impact on both corporate and personal finances.

Her clients are primarily entrepreneurs and companies that expect their advisor not only to explain what the regulations require, but also to show them how to implement a specific business decision in a safe and effective manner.
