I am a licensed tax advisor (entry no. 10233) with over 20 years of experience in the field of taxes and accounting.

I graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (International Financial Reporting Standards) in Warsaw, and the SWPS University in Warsaw.

I am in the process of obtaining CIMA (The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) certificate.

I am an expert witness in the field of taxes.

I am a member of the Tax Council at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan.

I am an expert in: income taxes, VAT tax and accounting.

I am an expert in the following sectors: financial (mainly banks and insurance companies), real estate, IT and entities with foreign capital.

I have run a tax and accounting advisory company since 2005. I am a board member at ATL Accounting&Payroll Sp. z o.o., as well as Flor&Bartos TAX ADVISORS Sp. z o.o.

I was the Director of Tax and Accounting Department (later: the Director of Tax Department) in one of the largest Polish banks for over eight years. Beforehand, I had gained professional experience as a manager in the largest international consulting companies – Ernst & Young and BDO.

I represent clients in tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. I advise on restructuring, mergers and divisions of companies. I perform due diligence prior to acquisitions of companies.

I conduct trainings and teach at universities. I distribute publications in the field of taxes.

In 2004-2020 worked for EY, since 2012 supervising the tax compliance team in Katowice/Cracow office as tax manager and senior manager. Formerly a tax consultant at Deloitte.

Since 2013 to 2020 a senior specialist in the tax department at Getin Noble Bank S.A. In 2015-2016, acting as Tax Director at Getin Noble Bank S.A. Previously, several years of experience at EY and ING Bank Śląski.

More than 8 years of experience in the tax departments of banks. Experience in one of the large tax advisory firms in Poland also in handling foreign/English speaking clients.

Licensed tax adviser (entry no. 12803). A lawyer by profession. Experienced in taxes (mainly CIT and VAT), as well as in tax schemes/procedures. Advises on carrying out restructuring processes of commercial companies.

More than 8 years of experience in large tax advisory firms, as well as in the tax department of a state-owned company. Comprehensively advised on direct taxes and VAT for large and medium-sized companies in the mining, transport and manufacturing sectors. She manages taxation for a large energy group.

More than 20 years of experience in CIT, VAT, settlements of international group companies. Prepares transfer pricing documentation, participates in tax reviews, advises on the settlement of investment tax credits and the formation of Tax Groups.

Currently a student of the doctoral seminar (law) at the Higher School of Humanitas in Sosnowiec as well as in the course of obtaining the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualifications.

Dawid Ochodek

LICENSED TAX ADVISOR

Licensed tax advisor (entry number 14518), a lawyer by profession. He has experience in VAT, PIT and tax proceedings. He has worked in law nad tax firms.

He was also an employee of the National Tax Information (KIS), where he conducted second-instance proceedings – handled appeals against binding tariff information (WIS) issued for goods, represented the Director of KIS before administrative courts, participated in legislative projects (including SLIM VAT 3), conducted in-house training and for the National Tax Administration. He also held the position of acting head of the First Binding Information Department, which handled appeals against WIS issued for comprehensive services and benefits.

He is also certified as an accountant and is an expert in the Legalis expert advisory service, where he provides advice on tax law, accounting and some administrative law issues.
